Monday - Friday: 10 am to 4 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 2pm
Phone and email are available 7 days/ week. There may be a short delay in answering, but both are checked daily.
There are also numerous guides in the entrance hallway - Visitor Guides, Floyd maps, Cycle and motorcycle guides, Floyd stickers, Blue Ridge Parkway Directories and maps.
