January 15, Sunday, 3:00 – Wild Gardner’s second workshop on Fermentation will be held at the library.
A review of basic fermentation and sharing of all kinds of tips on fermenting everything from veggies to drinks. German Sauerkraut, Korean Kimchi, Bavarian buttermilk or Greek yogurt?
Bring a sample of your favorite fermented foods along with recipes. I need YOU to teach us! And join us for great conversations & the tasty pot-luck (bringing your own plates, utensils, cups).
